Start set time – 2 to 3 hours
Final set time – 4 to 6 hours
Flash point (Tag) >200 degrees F

Coverage for turf with a heavily textured backing:
Using a 1/4 x 1/4 x 1/4 inch trowel, full spread is 30 to 35 linear feet per US gallon.

Coverage for turf with a smooth back or attached padding:
Using a 1/8 x 1/8 x 1/8 inch trowel, full spread is 50 to 60 linear feet per US gallon.
