2-3/8 Inch Foam Layer

The polyethylene foam meets standards for ASTM 2440. The test method quantifies impact in terms of g-max and Head Injury Criterion (HIC) scores. Promotes closed-loop recycling of post-industrial scrap. Contains at least 60% and up to 100% recycled pre-consumer raw material. The use of pre-consumer recycled material can contribute to LEED® certification points.

Quality 1-3/8 inch cross-linked polyethylene foam as a base layer with a 1 inch polyurethane top layer is wrapped in a durable 18 oz. vinyl-coated polyester surface.

The vinyl covering is 18.5 oz. coated smooth matte vinyl. BACshield: Anti-Mildew, Anti-Fungus, Antimicrobial, Antibacterial treated and UV treated. Passes NFPA-701, CSFM-19, and ASTM E-84 Class A fire retardant compliant.
